Pros

Good benefits, plenty of vacation time and pretty good pay. They promote very good work/life balance.

Cons

Job stability is not there, they do too much restructuring. In three years, my job was eliminated twice.

Pros

Good pay, fun people, good benefits. The pay for a seasonal part-time job was good, in my opinion. I really liked my coworkers. I didn't get any benefits to working there since I was seasonal, but if I had stayed on as part-time they have a 401K plan and they offer "incentives" for whenever the store reached their sales goal. If you worked there full-time then you could get tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Discounts weren't impressive. You got the biggest discount on cables, or anything that was Best Buy's brand, like Insiginia. Any Apple products are full-price.

Pros

Great company to work for if you are in a secure part of the company.

Cons

Layoffs are common and job security is a big concern.
