Pros

Working at Best Buy is great if you like technology and electronics. You get to play with the latest and greatest.

Cons

It is not worth dealing with managers who value men more than women. You do not want to be a woman working for Best Buy. You will deal with sexual harassment, retaliation, and unequal pay. HR does not care for their employees they only care for management and the company. They will try to sweep things under the rug and cover up their screw ups and try to push you out in every way possible.
