Pros

Good brand recognition Positive working environment Products/vendors are exciting to work with New CEO and leadership are refreshing and are taking the right steps to turn the company around

Cons

Passive aggressive culture in the midwest holds true hear Generally speaking BBY pays less than than local competition (Target, General Mills, 3M) Career growth happens slowly Company as a whole was poorly run for many years The success/failure of the business is largely dependant on the health of the economy, therefore when things go south in the economy, you can expect layoffs. Its the nature of the industry.
