Pros

Used to be a good company to work for.

Cons

They don't promote homosexuals. Management plays favorites. Even though the new USOM is supposed to be streamlined and one clear message, the work environment has become extremely confusing and frustrating.

Pros

Excellent pay, great staff discounts and benefits, fun management teams, young and friendly co-workers. Busy during rush periods in the years( eg. Back to School, Christmas/Boxing Day) but otherwise, everyday is laid back and easy.

Cons

Even though the associates are not on commission, they expect you to sell a lot of service plans or your hours will get cut. Little to no room to advance.
