Pros

Well to be really honest. 1. You will love the people you work with they arre very friendly and helpful when it is needed 2. Management. Some people in management are awesome when you need to answer any questions that you have if you are confused about what you should do or not do and barely have to Call Human Resources for anythin 3. Promotions are always good to get when you work hard and show why you are the best so the advice i would like to give is if you want to move up listen to the management that are already implace such as your senior, supervisor etc and they will help you if you want to move up in the company

Cons

The only downside of working at best buy is to have extreme pateince when dealing with customers. Some of them can be really annoying and others are just flat out rude always listen to the customer and make sure your are poite because in the end you are the expert and not them you know what product is good for them. Also Managers like always can be annoying and also sometimes can just leave you high and dry but you have to be the storng one against them and go to them and let them know that you need help. even if they are busy make them listen because they are not only there for the customer but they are there for you too.

Pros

Great group of employees, fun, smart, also helps with college, if you are planning to live on your own, and need a full time job, Best Buy will help pay for college, which is pretty nice considering that other companies wouldn't.

Cons

Retail has it's limitations on your mind and body. Make sure you stretch the day out long enough for your priorities, when you have a day off, make sure you make it your day off, have fun enjoy life, remember work is work and play is play, do what you have to do to keep your mind clear, and your efforts seen.
