Pros

There are some top developers who you can learn a lot from.

Cons

Staff turnover is and always has been extremely high - which is very telling! Don’t get too attached as we have lost many top people and will continue to do so.

Pros

quitting this company after 2 months is the best thing I ever did.

Cons

- head office was too busy and horrible place to work. - poor work culture and low morale. finger pointing and blaming culture here. - very high turnover, lots of people quit the IT department. - work from home not allowed, i wonder if this changed during the covid pandemic. - too much internal politics and cliques.

Pros

Cafeteria and good people at lower level.

Cons

Poor Management and Leadership. Management expects employees to live by the "Values" but do not live them themselves. Old Fashioned Future Shop leadership is killing the company. Talent retention is struggle for Best Buy as they do not pay the industry median.
