Pros

-You get to meet and talk to like-minded people interested in tech -You get to network with people in your area in the tech field, often times managers can get you in contact -good discount on a lot of items, and the accommodations are great

Cons

-similar pay to other sales associate positions, with about 10x the amount of work -Extreme KPI's you're expected to hit each month (to the managers credit, they HAVE been adjusting these to make it easier for some people) -Not much job security unless youre in a sales position

Pros

Friendly team Nice environment Organized Process

Cons

You are not commissioned You must work stand, you don’t have any bench to rest in the store, or to use while you are completing a technical sale and using the systems. It turns uncomfortable even for the clients.
