Pros

Was a great company to work for, with many loyal employees that had been there for forever. Great culture, great leadership, reasonable benefits.

Cons

Ever since Corey Barry took over as CEO, the company has completely lost it's culture, the customer experience has suffered greatly, and all the long time employees are gone. There have been cuts nearly quarterly, it seems, and no one is safe. More and more is expected of everyone, but with less training, less resources, and no stability.

Pros

Array of people you might get to work with and networking with tech companies

Cons

Horrible management Horrible corporate Horrible HR Lack of moral Constantly changing their metrics for you to hit as they try and make new items to keep customers coming in with different memberships or subscriptions, making you have to change your sales practice or forced to lie to not help customers, but just sell to them
