Pros

great benefits and competitive pay

Cons

Used to be a great company, is now a shell of itself. Best Buy has taken over the premium spaces to a huge detriment to the company, now nothing else matters other than numbers & scorecards. Employees are disposable. Zero room for advancement at certain levels. Dont be fooled!

Pros

Not a hard job, lots of downtime, talking to lots of people.

Cons

Depends on the store you work at, completely changes things. In particular, if you would ever plan on making more than $20/HR, forget this place. High turnover, stores seem to go through cycles where entire groups of employees quit at or near the same time. Employees that do stay are not highly regarded unless they are metrics monsters.
