Pros

They will get you pumped up for working here. They have decent benefits. They get you into the analytical role with no experience.

Cons

They will not allow pay negotiation due to the fact that you are eligible for a bonus. Bonus is not guaranteed. Worklife balance is atrocious, expected to take work with you on vacation and be available all hours. Required to be in office all days while leadership is remote eligible.

Pros

Great people dedicated to doing their best work.

Cons

Rewards and promotions given to those who "tell a good story." Unrewarded are those who deliver results and desired outcomes despite lack of clear direction from the "story tellers."

Pros

Great culture and good people to work with. Pay overtime which is rare

Cons

Very Poor leadership Terrible salary for the amount of work Very poor direction for upper executives Tier Leadership from top to bottom is very poor with constant nonsense changes like agile transformation in infrastructure.
