Until Covid hit, it was an amazing place to work. Recent CEO is not focused on employees at all and I see so many good employees that have been here for almost a decade leaving because of lack of opportunity to advance or grow. Poorly managed from the top, which is a new thing the last few years. In store managers have little power to change anything and most employees feel unimportant and expendable despite their efforts.

too much work load no work life balance despite sales job you are not paid commission or incentive lack of appreciation they will say in the starting that we are flexible but later on will not adjust to the timings and will need more hours. I have seen people working more than 50 hrs in a week plus they don't pay over time upto 5 week.
