Pros

Fun to learn about the products when you're in the right department, I work in home theater. Good coworkers.

Cons

Managers are obsessed with Total tech and credit cards, and will either not schedule you or throw you at the front door if you don't get enough credit cards. High end management gets bonuses off credit cards so they want you to get as many as possible, sales floor doesn't get anything for getting credit cards besides a handshake.

Pros

Money can be great if you prioritize the work

Cons

A lot of the work falls on you. From sales, to troubleshooting, to customer service. Etc. Its getting better, but a lot of time is wasted on issues that are out of your control

Pros

Friendly work environment. Technology. Fun. Great place to work.

Cons

Wage Fairness. (That’s anywhere).. Expectations from Management. Those who work hard and show up, get treated differently. (Obviously that’s location based). Short staffed always.
