Pros

There are amazing people working within any company, with Best Buy being no exception. I worked with some great people, and overall leadership of the company seemed to be oriented towards treating employees right.

Cons

Naturally, there will be bad seeds in any company. It was my experience that the South Houston Market of this company was overrun with bad actors in positions of district, market, and HR leadership. I have horror stories I could regale about some of these bad actors. I don't know how long these people will still be working in this market, but my suggestion would be to stay away from South Houston Best Buys for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Growth depends on leadership at the location, good leadership means accelerated growth. Great opportunities and most fun retailer.

Cons

Leadership influence can slow down or accelerate growth. Mostly a pro but depends on location. Could take longer to move higher if poor leadership involved
