- Good scheduling, willing to work with employees - Some managers genuinely cared (shoutout to Matt in Geek Squad)
Cons
- Pay could be significantly higher for less experienced new hires, managers unwilling to consider raises even when personal stats exceeded expectations - A number of managers unwilling to work alongside their employees (played games on their phone) - Very heavy push for store credit cards and services, sometimes to the degree of predatory behavior with leasing options (leasing had criminal levels of interest when not paid back and offered to people with poor credit)
