Pros

BC's and Canada's top employer. Great environment. Inclusive. Encouraging. Tuition reimbursement policies. Great sick leaves and extended medical insurance plan. Good RPP matching. Supportive and encouraging pysical and mental well-being practices. Great work life balance.

Cons

Enumeration is not very competitive. Increments are small. Limited opportunities to climb career ladder. Limited representation in the senior leadership of women and people of colour.

Pros

Depending on your GS the experience at Geek Squad can be great or bad. If your GS is good at what they do and supports you it will be awesome. For me, I had amazing flexibility and could work any hours that i wanted and wasn't scheduled what i couldn't

Cons

The Customer base is very rude in situations that you really can't do anything for. Customers want you to bend over backward for devices that are no longer sold, made, or just completely broken.
