Pros

Benefits, team mates, employee discount, being able to volunteer, employee assistance program. Attendance policy is normal compared to other corporation's.

Cons

Favoritism is rampant if you get on any managers bad side good luck getting any kind of promotion. When they are understaffed it is becomes a you problem. Management has a high school cliché type attitude. Don't really know when you tell a manager anything it is in confidence between you and said manager even when you ask for it to be confidential. Hard to be promoted if you are female. In the 8 years I was employed I only had about a handful of female managers or supervisors. Pay rate definitely not enough for the work you do ,and hours you put in for any position even supervisors positions. Bilingual employees barely are compensated more for being bilingual. This is not okay. They need to be paid more then $0.20 what a slap in the face. You will literally bother them on their break if you need them. Then have them finish their break later if they can.
