Pros

Benefits are good, people who you work with are great

Cons

Company does not live up to its own values, have no problem slashing roles even if you are a top performer, no explanations why, also, there is no IT strategy aligning with business, very resistant to change

Pros

Compensation good at a profitable commerce retailer

Cons

Incredibly lame dry corporate culture. Design management lacks leadership, authenticity, and presence. Design is green/immature and plagued with unnecessary bureaucracy and systems administration. The design team structure is complex and inefficient, difficult to communicate UX dependencies. The design team is disinterested, gives excessive lip service and is bloated with mediocre talent. Incompetent and uninspired middle management.
