Dear former Panda, Thanks for the 3/5 rating and for taking the time to leave your thoughts about your time with us. As you mentioned, we are very proud of our reputation as we turn the world of investment upside down — led by the best of the best: our Pandas! At Bitpanda, it is a top priority that our team members are rewarded for their impact and have the chance to develop. We believe that our salaries are competitive in the current market and are dedicated to everyone having the opportunity to create their own path. Recently we hired a rewards leader who is evaluating our compensation/benefits across the business and they will keep them competitive as we scale at an astonishing rate (600+ and counting). This month our teams will receive invitations for impact conversations with their manager to kick off the New Year. We also really miss seeing our Pandas in their “natural environment,” and we know how important it is to be flexible. That’s why we’ve removed traditional core working hours and introduced a new Hybrid Working model. This gives our team members the flexibility to split their time equally between their home and local talent hub. Unfortunately, though, we can’t control the COVID situation, and we are dedicated to keeping everyone safe and healthy at Bitpanda! Hi (former) Panda, thanks for taking the time to let us know about your experience at Bitpanda. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed working alongside our Pandas (but also very easy to understand!) At Bitpanda we pride ourselves on the 1,000+ incredible people that joined and continue to remain part of our den. We’re able to do this by having an open and honest culture while giving every Panda here their own personalised path to continue to grow and progress in their career. Over the past year, as we’ve continued to grow at an incredible speed, we’re also incredibly proud of how all our functions have adapted to the increase in our size and headcount. After all, ‘think big, move fast’ isn’t just a tagline for us. As a startup in a highly competitive industry, it’s important that we are set up as a fast-paced and high-impact company. And while this can bring about fast changes, we always make sure that they are done for the right reasons and that they have a positive impact. Of course, this doesn’t mean that we’re perfect — we know there’s always room for us all to “do better”. That’s why to ensure that we’re providing a world-class experience and working environment for our Pandas, we’ve recently kicked off a company-wide Bitpanda Employee Voice survey to give everyone here an anonymous tool to feel free to speak up and give it to us straight on what works well and the things we could improve.
