      Pros

      Great team to work with and they are working hard to build a great product and a good company culture.

      Cons

      They are still ironing a lot of the details out. There are a lot of silos that they are trying to address, but I'm sure they will get there.

      Great insight in crypto, nice team, possibilities of learning quite a lot and move up in the career

      Cons

      Constant HR and salary issues (too much or too little paid, money taken back or not paid in time) which is weird coming from a financial tech company. Massive layout depending on the markets. Big turnover.
