Office is good looking Compensation is good Mostly nice people around

Cons

Culture is very bad in India locale , they need you to be people pleaser even if that means lying. Unethical work culture Boss is always right culture, favouritism plays big time, most projects are really bad in India, you need to be at whims and fancies of your team in Amsterdam. HR is so bad that they deny the reality and only into pleasing the senior leadership.

Very Good Work0life balance but too much politics internally

They have an outstanding work-life balance. There are 2 days of work from the office in a week rule which is also good

Cons

1. Very unorganized processes. 2. Too Much politics internally involved. 3. Biased mindset for managers and directors especially in Indian office. 4. Managers are hired wrongly who does know how to manage and respective the team. 5. The absence of HR confidentiality in the company led to a breakdown of employee trust.
