      Smart folks, aggresive but reasonable. The company has clear strategy and stick with it, super strong brand awareness in hospitality industry.

      Customer service quality is hurting the company reputation.

      Most warm, inclusive, and fun company I have ever worked for. Culture based on team work and people first. Great work-life balance. Always encouraging to be yourself.

      Cons

      The compensation may not be as good, however, you get a lot of other "intangible" benefits as work-life balance.
