Pros

Overall friendly and supportive environment that cares about mental and physical health and inclusion. Lots of benefits such as lunch compensation, option to work from abroad (limited number of days), home office and office, discounts, etc.

Cons

Unfortunately, Booking does not allow employees to work 100% remotely.
