Pros

Not just the company (and the way our working environment is set up) but the people (my managers, my team mates and the entire community) empower me as a working mom in part-time. I never felt less valued because I am only working part-time. I can openly speak to my managers and my peers and the feedback culture we live and the leadership principles we follow makes this work place very special.

Cons

I do like to work in an ever changing environment and Booking is definitely one like that. If someone does not like constant change, this might be overwhelming to them.
