Communication is one of those areas where no matter how good you are at it there is always stuff you can do to get better and we will always look to improve. With regards to progression plans, we are doing a lot of work at the moment on career paths. I'm not sure which part of the business you work in but watch this space.       The office in my country was very toxic and the environment was not great. Sexist, rude and not inspirational at all
