      Pros

      One of the biggest pros is that colleagues you meet here at work become friends very easily. Everybody gets along very well, which helps when you're having good and bad days. Management also really does care about good customer service and being the best we can be.

      Cons

      As we're growing so quickly, sometimes it's easy to get lost in direction. We're working on communication but we still have some way to go.

      Hi thanks for the review. I agree with you about the amazing colleagues we have at Rentalcars, they really do make it a special place to work. Communication is always one of those areas where however good you are, you can always get better and as you say that becomes more important the bigger we get.
