Pros

Fast paced, very welcoming, amazing community of people who genuinely care about each other and the business. Continual focus on culture and making things the very best that they can be.

Cons

Communication much improved over the years, but still a little way to go. Company has grown massively and is separated across different sites, which can be frustrating at times.

Hi, firstly, I just want to say, if you have been here for more than 8 years then a massive massive thank you because you have seen it all and contributed in so many ways to what has made Rentalcars so special, thank you. We will never entirely nail communication as it is one of those areas where no matter how good you are you can always get better but I can assure you that we care about this a lot, put a lot of effort into getting it right but when we get it wrong will always seek to learn and get better. I love that our number 1 value is "We love being different" so anything but ordinary is in our DNA. I hope the next 8 years are as exciting as the last. Thanks again Ryan

- great office spaces - great benefits - management looking out for opportunities of your personal growth - possibility for fast promotions and switching departments if showing responsibility and dedication - great team outings and parties - a lot of workshops and education

Cons

- a strong corporate presence which can sometimes be a bit annoying using chants and like at a political meeting
