8yHi, firstly, I just want to say, if you have been here for more than 8 years then a massive massive thank you because you have seen it all and contributed in so many ways to what has made Rentalcars so special, thank you.
We will never entirely nail communication as it is one of those areas where no matter how good you are you can always get better but I can assure you that we care about this a lot, put a lot of effort into getting it right but when we get it wrong will always seek to learn and get better. I love that our number 1 value is "We love being different" so anything but ordinary is in our DNA. I hope the next 8 years are as exciting as the last. Thanks again Ryan
