9yHi and thank you for your review, it really is appreciated. I'm glad you like the parties ;-) we're very excited about our Christmas Party that is just around the corner. Learning and Development are my top priority for 2017 as it is an area we can do even more on, so I appreciate the feedback and am sure it is an area that we will see significant progress on next year.
