Not enough focus on assisting employees to grow Poor management team in various departments Constant turnover rate which leads to many mistakes HR department is not helpful for day to day info Lack of information when important issues arise (such as pay being delayed by multiple days)

The team you’re assigned to will either make or break your time here, open door policy to deal with any issues, good medical and 401k policies

Cons

Work/life balance is difficult especially with management brow beating you for not doing overtime, communication between any department is almost nonexistent, machinery is too outdated to be efficient, revolving door of turnovers

Other employees that have worked there for a long time do not welcome newcomers, almost as if it's high school. Newcomers do not feel like they fit it and it doesn't get better. No proper training. You're expected to know everything about the job 3 shifts in. Management is not solid, most have a favourite and don't discipline if they have done or said something inappropriate to a newcomer. The hours are either long not existing. Appreciation is not a thing that is given by managers. Overall I would not recommend this place for people looking for a job.
