      Management are always trying to get at staff. The more work you do the more they put onto you and the less you do makes no difference. The staff facilities are discussing

      Decent staff travel perks (but still poor for the industry)

      Cons

      Half the staff on old contract creating a new v old contract mentality. No/limited support when you have an issue. Ignore a lot of very basic things to improve environment for its staff
