Pros

Definitely the staff travel benefit and the 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You're never really over worked (despite management always trying to get planes returned to service early)

Cons

You're just a number, no-one cares about you as an individual. They only seem to promote guys who "faces fit". A lot of the aircraft maintenance supervisors seem to be given free reign on how to run shifts, resulting in up to 6 different sets of norm rules.

Discounted flights. Long time employer if someone happy wish to stay with all the changes happening in the company.

Cons

Roster especially for new comer are very bad.
