Pros

I worked for them for 32 years and I have no regrets. If its a tree I will water it everyday.

Cons

The present management has changed so much that they have forgotten to fulfill their promises to the retired people who worked with their souls to see that the company flourished.. It was two way management. They looked after us and we would do anything for them. But now the game seems to be everyone for himself.. The management not to honour the promises which their former leaders had made is a short sight as for the sake of profit today but their employees will never give their 100 percent in return.

Pros

I worked for a very brief period of time as CSR at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport with BA. I must say I did enjoy the job having the opportunity to interact with so many different people and passengers everyday.

Cons

Flight Delays force you to stay over even if you having something important or something scheduled after shift. Also the job does get repetitive and boring at times.

Pros

Staff travel, fairly decent hotels, good team spirit amongst immediate colleagues, recognised brand and perceived professionalism from the public and the chance to see the world.

Cons

Awful 'them and us' type relations between the unfathomable layers of management and the staff. Management often rude, incompetent, power hungry, petty and counter-productive. Very great sense that the company care far more about money than about people. Culture of lying to passengers and staff is completely ingrained in the company. The pay scale is ridiculous with some cabin crew earning four times what others do for doing exactly the same job - completely dependent on base airport and date of joining.
