Pros

Friends and Family are impressed by the fact that you are working for what they perceive as a prestigious company

Cons

Cabin crew joining Mixed Fleet are soon very disappointed by the Low wages, Harsh Workload, Excessive Hours and Petty 360 degree Micro Management by CSM'S and those above who show no respect. Very Poor employer.

Pros

Staff travel benefits but that's about it.

Cons

- Used to be a great place to work, now all about cost saving, not quality. - Staff leaving by their droves, either through compulsory redundancy or voluntary, due to the mess that has been left behind after massive outsourcing. - Having to work 50 hour weeks to compensate for experienced staff leaving and poor outsourcing quality. - No Duty of Care for staff. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Pros

You still get to spend some time down routs

Cons

They don't care about standards but only about making profits by cutting staff salaryies and benefices. Their focus now is to get rid of the experienced staff and substitute it for cheaper younger people with an attitude and not manners..
