Pros
The single pro is that career progression is there if you want it and it's easy to move around the company in to different roles.
Cons
Toxic corporate culture, toxic attitude towards employees and customers, management team who despise those beneath them and aren't afraid to let it show. Disgusting levels of pay, zero work life balance and an employer who lacks compassion in any way shape or form....the kind of company who would sue your family for damages if you died at work and disrupted the operation.
