Pros

They look after you and support.

Cons

I have joined Mixed Fleet in July 2016. I was scared as I have read lots of negative comments. I am happy with my pay, it should be better for the job we do, but we do not live on pots of noodles as news say and we do not sleep in the cars. Some people spend too much money on drinking and shopping ,that is why they suffer. Only bad thing is we do not get enough time down route on most of the trips and sick pay and holiday pay is very bad also you have to pay for your own meals abroad.

Pros

Nice to spend 24 hours in different destinations

Cons

You do not earn what it stated on your contract, it is in fact hard to survive in London or surrounding areas on that wage but you are expected to live within two hours of LHR. Terrible reporting culture borderline bullying. No Work/Life balance. Constant Cuts in the service/product which makes the flights hard as passenger satisfaction is low... why pay those prices for a lousy product.
