Pros

Positive company culture. Generally friendly, polite employees. Good benefits (staff travel in particular). Progression opportunities. Good pension scheme.

Cons

Communication (sometimes things get lost in the cracks due to the company size). Pay and conditions for cabin crew are not nearly as good as they used to be in the past, but the industry as a whole has changed for the worse.

Pros

Staff Travel if you can avail the same by paying 50% of ticket value.

Cons

Pathetic management who does not know what is happening and what is required. One company who does not like revenue coming and restrict the same, not at all interested in paying the employee and not at all employee centric, you take 4 sick leaves without planning and they will deduct both salary and incentives for the next 3 months, many more demotivating policies and when request to change they say it is a policy can't be amended.

Having only just joined the airline hard to say but staff travel would seem the only thing

Awful pay and shift pattern for new starters...wont be here long
