Pros

-There are SOME lovely crew you will interact with as well as flight crew.

Cons

- Underpaid - Large loads of service in short flight times, to be done on your own. - Uniform issues. - Repatative Meals or sometimes NON! - Hard to book time off, and then questioned for taking days off. - No Sick Pay until after a 6 months of service. Fleet Duty Managers, not approachable, very closed conversation, no open office enviroment feel. They nitty pick at mistakes and use this undermine you during your probation. Galley FM, crew gossiping is toxic, CSM behaviour to MC are rude and then reported/off loaded, when gas lighted for not knowing something. Cult behaviour shown, on who is the best to have on the flight ect. Fake and passive agressive members. Level of inconsistency, in SOP./SEP, is abysmal, no concistency, and every flight will have different rules, according to CSM behaviour.
