Pros

British airways offers attendance allowance + night allowance of 8800 in total along with monthly PRP incentives of max INR9000.

Cons

Sick leaves are never considered actual sick leaves. You take one unscheduled leave and half your attendance allowance is gone. Take another leave, full allowance is gone. And no medical document even if you were admitted in the hospital is going to get you any exception for this.

Pros

The only good thing in this company is the co-workers and the environment. So if you’re looking to make good connections and meet good people, this is the place for you.

Cons

Believe me, it used to be a great workplace back in the day but now I would not recommend anybody to work here. it’s the most non-employee centric organisation, one can find themselves in. The utmost lack of empathy towards the employees is being portrayed here. Among your nine hour shift they would give you a 10 minute bio time. You can only ever take 10 minutes in the entire shift time to go to the loo how human does that sound? And they have every tactic to make sure that you do not get an incentive because they have set such qualifiers.
