      Very hectic job. Attrition is very high. Many team leaders their joined BA to utilise staff travel facility. Used them for getting UK Canada visa and left company many till today are trying. Calling Staff gets average salary of USD 430 a month or INR 35000. No free food no recreation environment. Typical call center. One has to be master of trade and have to take back to back calls 24X7 365 days. Job includes, customer service of any issue and sales target too. Achieving incentive is a tall task but you you really strech yourself can earn USD 75 extra a month. This job is worth USD 1219 or 1Lakh INR a month that you realise within 1month in joining. In reality you do job of atleast 2 British employees. A British employees earns GBP 5000 a month with tons of benefits and perks with guaranteed day job mostly 10AM till 5PM. An Indian worker is exploited to it's full extent not by BA but 4-5 Indian top officials in Call BA gurgaon
