Pros

Travel the world and meet lots of different people.

Cons

The pay is terrible. There is no progression or reward for doing well. You are completely alone.

Pros

Discounted Holidays and that is it!

Cons

Zero career progression support or encouragement. Poor pay, poor bonuses, poor pay increases. Very little support from Senior Management. Micro management. Inflexible sick policy. Some of your fellow managers are lazy as hell but brown nose their way up the ladder! Shifts on zero sleep, abusive passengers, and nasty colleagues. Rubbish pension. Staff travel isn’t that great as you don’t necessarily get on the flight which then ruins your holiday. Dreadful IT system which lets everyone down. Some of your management colleagues are more likely to be found shoe shopping in T5 than pulling their weight, yet manage to be viewed as the best team members!
