Pros

The people and the flight benefits are the reasons to work here. If you can make friends and purchase your own tickets, this place has nothing to offer you

Cons

BA is exceptionally skilled at letting top talent walk- or run- out the door. From the micro-managing and tedious tasks, the pay scale, and the lack of acknowledgment of success or ideas, this company along with its partners had hit its peak in the 90s/early 2000s and has been on a rapid decline for employees ever since. Find a company that appreciates your skills and talents. This airline and its partners won’t.

Pros

Colleagues are the only reason work is bearable.

Cons

Leadership team are appalling , unaware of employees issues and concerns. Best to stay away from here. The facilities are falling apart With little interest from anyone above unless it impacts the operation immediately. Shocking
