Pros

-great students -great opportunities for professional development -really nice mentors/ coordinators -private medical insurance

Cons

-no bonuses -no meal/ restaurant tickets -no organized team building activities -no other benefits/ holiday gifts/ gift cards/ bonuses -promotes inclusiveness and equality but prioritizes native speakers when it comes to working preferences/ timetables/ levels they want to teach etc. -they ask for recommendations but don't offer a bonus if the person we recommend applies and gets the job

Pros

The possibility of working with colleagues on a global level.

Cons

It's a highly politicised organisation and greatly influenced by woke ideology. Clearly, if you're slightly conservative, certainly not the place for you, no matter how competent you are.
