Pros

Supportive and great work environment The manager was very helpful and would always provide a useful feedback I received a lot of support, my colleagues were also encouraging and would give a hand whenever I needed

Cons

Some campuses have remote locations, and the access to restaurants can be limited, especially if you work in Chai Wan or Tsing Yi Working with students can be challenging as not all of them are interested in using English, it may cause lots of frustration

Pros

Decent salary for examiners although what is expected of examiners keeps on changing.

Cons

Poor quality line management; a blame culture; too many corporate zombies who are oblivious to the realities of what motivates and demotivates staff.
