Pros

Pros: Low number of working hours per week allowing v good work-life balance. Great salary in accordance with local living wage. Good transferrable experience/skill-set for CV and future job applications. Extensive opportunities to 'make your mark' and take on extra responsibilities at placement schools. Long holidays & extensive opportunities to travel. Overall, a great experience.

Cons

Cons: Sometimes patchy communications with senior management Sometimes delays in receiving pay (I think due to issues w. Argentine government internal system) Lack of choice over placement location
