Pros

- Fair paid. - Nice office.

Cons

- Dug up mistakes from couple years ago just to lay one off. - Lack out communication. Outdated procedures. - Toxic local environment. Staffs lack English proficiency despite representing British Council. - No career advancement. - Bureaucracy goes riot within regional office. Runs more like a Chinese company than a British one.
