Excellent pay and stock options, great name in the industry and good learning options

Cons

Too much of distribution in work between sites, too much of internal politics Top management lives for the sake of wall street and not for the technology nor the company - means, you should always live in the fear of downsizing Some of the important factors for an employee such as HR policies and local transportation are neglected

The colleagues are nice and hard working. Environment is nice and not much politics. People are working together to get the job done.

Cons

There is no PTO any more and vacation requires management approval. Schedules are tight and pressure from customers is high. Need to find work and life balance.

Cons

The bad thing is that you can work even during weekend or vacation if you do not get the support of manager or team members who can back up your work during that time.
