Pros

friendly working environment, and people is willing to share knowledge. Has good execution capability.

Cons

Work like a start-up. Higher management team doesn't have in-depth vision of the technical trend.

Pros

Good benefits and facilities, on par with regular big companies. Generally nice people and smart engineers. Lots of technical knowledge in the organization.

Cons

Time off policies is ridiculous. In theory it is unlimited but in fact it is very dependent on managers' discretion and therefore creating lots of tensions for just getting time-off. Among the six managers/directors in my group, only two of them would actually give people proper time off. Other four director/manager would use any excuse to discourage people taking time off. Engineers who have family/friends overseas BE AWARE! If you ever want to take vacation overseas (> 2 weeks), they would make it really hard. Lots of low-level managers and some directors have ZERO social abilities or management skills. They have no regard of family/personal needs.

Pros

lots of cool projects on which to work with top tier customers and competitive compensation plans composed of base salary, stock (RSUs), annual bonus, and ESPP.

Cons

Vacation policy is awful. There is no accrued entitled vacation. Instead employees can take time off when their schedule allows with manager approval. But the schedules of highly utilized employees never have open time (and who would feel secure if they weren't utilized), how can you predict your schedule in order to plan vacations months in advance, and the system is extremely biased upon ones manager's philosophy of employees down-time. Also, although their are classes offered on advancement and an advancement road map, I've been in the exact same position for several years even though my reviews have always been excellent.
