pay is OK and work load is OK and healthy insurance is better than 80% company. Lots of smart guys who are working for this company.
Cons
down the hill with the culture of inner core decision making style. So many smart buys who are feeling not fully engaged to do meaningful things. They are doing whatever be asked to do or just because of fear of lose job, They pretend work hard and not speak anything.
