- Good pay - lean org. faster decisions. - If you are new to the org, its tough to comprehend the way the org works. but you will get used to it.

- No fun activities. - Work and enjoy the pay alone.

Broadcom pays a lot. Maybe more than Faang. CEO is clear on requirements and goals.

Cons

There is no cutting edge work here. Most work is on prem product. Must be in office 5 days a week. Not much benefits ( buy them yourself )
