Focus and direction is fairly clear. CEO runs a tight ship, so company is sound.

Cons

Culture is very old-fashioned, not that of a traditional software company (if you're working in a software business unit). Very poor and frugal selection of tools for engineers. Example would be google spaces instead of slack.
